Selection Process: Selection is based on the merit of a valid score of GATE (2024/2025/2026) or PERA-CET 2026 or CUET PG 2026. Students interested in pursuing the MTech+PhD programme will have to appear for the PhD entrance during the first year of the MTech programme. Selected candidates will only be considered for the MTech+PhD programme. Students will get two attempts to appear for the PhD Entrance
Eligibility: Candidate should have passed a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology (BE / BTech) with at least 50% marks OR B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons.) or B.Sc Horticulture (Hons.) or any other relevant B.Sc course of 4 years duration with at least 50% marks OR MSc in Biotechnology, Agriculture, Environmental Technology, Life Science, Biochemistry, Geoinformatics, Electronics Engineering, Food Technology, Physics or any other relevant branch with at least 50% marks (Check MTech programmes you are eligible for M_Tech_Eligibility_KJSomaiya_2025-26)
